STYLING YOUR OWN EVENT IS NEVER TOO HARD
1. Our collection and pick up point is at Marine Parade (East Singapore). The full address will be given to you upon order confirmation.
2. Our rental pricing only account for self-collection and return. It does not include any delivery, installation or retrieval. Should you need any of these services, please add on upon checking out your cart. Otherwise, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org OR Whatsapp us at 88203668 for order amendment.
3. Our inventories are stored at different locations. Hence, we will not be able to host a preview for now. However you can be assured that the items displayed on our website is true to its pictures as the images are personally taken by our team members.
4. All photos seen in our 'Styled Theme' section are 100% styled by our team. Although we ensure that our clients will get the exact same props as shown in our photos, there may be instances that we will do a small replacement for the following reasons:
- There are customised props involved in the styling
- Some props may belongs to our clients themselves
- Fresh flowers are used in the styling
As such, we will not be able to provide these materials due to the nature of the props. You can check the breakdown of props that is included in the 'Styled Theme' package when clicking on the theme of your choice. Should you want to recreate the exact same theme with the customised props on your own, you can head over to our 'Customised Product' section or contact us at email@example.com or Whatsapp us at 88203668 for this request. We will give you a quote for the add-on(s).
5. Our rental price is quoted based on Per Day charge. As such, it follows a 24 hours clock per day. We recommend you to schedule your pick up and return within a day charge to maximise your rental.
If the status of the item becomes 'unavailable', it means that the prop(s) of your choice has been booked by another client. In this case, please reselect the date or time.
6. Due to the recent global pandemic (Covid-19), we are flexible with our change of date / rental refund requests and it will be free of charge provided that the postponement/cancellation is with accordance to the government regulations in Singapore. We would however need at least 3 weeks in advance notice before the scheduled pick up/delivery/installation date for such requests.
All our services are rain-or-shine event. Hence it's important for you to have an alternative indoor location should such unforeseen circumstance arise. For wet wether, there will be no refund or postponement allowed.
7. If you prefer design customisation, we will highly recommend you to check out our Styling Service instead. You can also choose to mix-and-match your own props from our available inventory. 8. We are in the midst of providing installation video guides as it is a frequent request from our past clients. In the mean time, we will provide a written instruction on how to assemble the arch and/or install the flowers on the arch on your own.
